Millennium Outdoors donates Sidekicks – proceeds go to Harvey victims. PLEASE READ

Millennium Outdoors is donating 5 Side Kicks to be sold for $200 (or highest bidder) plus shipping ($15) to members of Crappie.com. Administered by E-Z Poleholder.


The objective is to raise a minimum of $1,000, hopefully more. All proceeds, less shipping, will be donated to the Red Cross designated for Hurricane Harvey victims.

Here are the details. 4 Side Kicks (Retail $299.95) will go to the FOUR highest bidders.

The remaining Side Kick will go to one of the loosing bidders selected at random for exactly $200.

Please post your bid here in this thread. Please do not be afraid to bid $200 (or $210, or $220...), we need interest and action on this thread. ALL WE WANT TO DO IS HELP THOSE IN NEED, so please bid. And you can bid multiple times if you decide to increase your bid later on (only a members highest bid will count).

This thread will close at some point on Saturday September 9th and the selections/winners will be named shortly thereafter.

I'm confused too. What I'm doing is selling 4 Side Kicks to the 4 highest bidders, one to a bidder. Let's say 4 people bid $280 and those are the 4 highest bidders, they each get one. Let's say the highest bid is $290 and the next highest is $285 and the next highest is two people at $280, those are the 4 that get the 4. If you want to be one of the 4 assured to get one, then bid and make sure you are in the top 4 bidders. When the bidding is over, the top 4 are assured of getting one at their bid price, plus $15 shipping. The total bid price is what will be donated. A random drawing will be made for one winner from all bidders outside the top 4. This winner will get one for $200.

So here are the standing to this point as I see it. The current top four bidders are:

Dallman - 280 (plus $15 shipping)
Wade2131 - 270 (plus $15 shipping)
Reesguide - 270 (plus $15 shipping)
Bama S - 260 (plus $15 shipping)

And then there will be one randomly selected 5th place bidder (to receive the 5th sidekick) from all those that bidded (so far it's only Rebranger and myself) for 200 (plus $15 shipping).

And don't forget, we got a long way to go. This closes on Sept 9th. You can still knock out one of those top four bids by posting a bid over minimally $260 (at this point according to the above standings). Or you can post a bid below that to be considered for the random $200 Sidekick. Read instructions discussed throughout this thread if you're still confused, cause it's not real simple. doh
