Sorry about not calling Tom. I was afraid throwing the planer boards at you, we might have seen a head explosion. Rickie and Jere had the deer-in-the-headlights look for quite a while till they figured it all out.
BTW, if anybody cares to look, several of the crappie are BLACK crappie that were caught offshore in up to 25 feet of water on crankbaits. We were in the vicinity of some structure but we only lost one crankbait all day.
I enjoyed the trip. Enjoyed it more after I realized rickie was giving me baits with only only one set of hooks on them. After that I looked to make sure they had both sets. I need all the hooks I can get. Rickie said those were special podunk weedless crankbaits. :Rofl

I use boards called Lil' Spoilers made by tenncrappie. Chris no longer makes them. Crappie Reapers are knock-offs of this design.Quote:
