You know I love Jordan and the Coosa. I know a few spots at Talquin that might just hold a few fish this time of year. Deep flooded timber.
Lets go to Jordan or the River next week. Would enjoy that.

Minnows?
Yessir. Marked them in 16 FOW On a laydown hoping they were crappie. Threw out bouy markers for reference and fished with Capps and Coleman riggs.
All of them were full of roe.

Guys, do not give up until Sept or Oct. I know people right now catching limits at Guntersville and Weiss tight lining minnows and dangling jigs on the bridge pillars. Brown's Creek is hittin!
Jiggah , we working 70 hrs a week in this heat The fish will be there in fall.
I understand and your place looks good. Im just saying, for those who are able to go, dont give up.
You got something good going on there jiggah. I can't manage that, nor would I know where to find the time in my neck of the woods to find that sweet spot.

I get to go when my buddy takes me. I have facebook friends who are fishing Guntersville and they report. I contacted game and fish last week and met them friday morning to messure depths and find places to drop brush in the water where I fish. They are coming back this week to place some pvc structures too. I cant wait!! My own honey hole!
