I'm about two miles down river of Eggners Ferry bridge headed upbound like a herd of turtles. M/V Saint Charles green and white vessel with red barges give me a wave if ya pass by!

P.S. if things continue the way they have been for the last two hours, I may take out a couple of pleasure boats before I make it to the power plant. These guys have a death wish today....
Not on it today. Yes I would agree on the lack of mindset on pleasure boaters at times. Thx for the pics though

I didn't look at the chart at the time but I was just down river from the Fitzhugh Bridge. Maybe a mile or less below the bridge. Here is the sunrise from Davis Light/New Johnsonville. Y'all have quite a beautiful fishery up here, this stretch of water is the highlight of my month onboard. Maybe one day soon I can drag my boat up here or hire Mrdux.

I do some bass fishing down that way. I thought about getting out this morning but I had some things to do around the house and the humidity was 100% at 6:00 am. I figured it as best to get things done early before it got too hot.
