Kerr Lake

What are the better creeks to fish in Kerr Lake(Buggs Island) for crappie. My family and i are headed there for vacation in a few days.

I always prefered Buffalo Creek. Maybe because I caught my biggest Crappie ever there.:biggrin

I really wish I could.

Grassy, rudds,or bluestone are also good creeks with alot of brushpiles.

Oh forgot about Island creek, lots of brushpiles in that creek.

Any tale of smallmouth on the upper end?

Beaver pond creek,also lots of brushpiles.

You might want to send a PM to "genec" ... from what I understand, he's the master on Kerr. I think he shoots docks, mostly, but I'm sure he knows what's going on with the fish.
