117 one day week before last and 95 and 115 2 days this week. It's on like donkey Kong. Couple buddy's that are guides are catching good numbers also. Going again in morning but was out at dusk and saw a lot of bait fish in 2 different spots of the Lilly pads. So I'm going to fill couple coolers off crappie.

Kept about 20 today but caught several just under the filleting size. We caught them in lily pads, grass lines and in the trees but could never get more than 2-3 at a spot.
My parents and brother made a trip down this past wknd. Fished sat and sun with minimal luck. 71 keepers in two days. Most was caught in pads some in grass and shoreline.
my buddy and his friends were there week ago and struggled on BG and crappie, very spotty, few they caught were nice but disappointed.
We where there the week of the 15th, I have been there 7 of the last 10 years, and none of my go to spots paid off. All catfish, I bet we caught 150 in 5 days, we ended up leaving the resort a day and a half early just frustrated. The guides where kicking butt, we didn't. Probably my last year there, but I hope you find them. We fished pads, shore, grass, you name it! Never got into them, like the previous trips.
I had two grass banks, couple bunches of pads and a small area of trees I could always count on but they have not been there last couple of years. Seems as if the water is a tad more shallow and clearer than in the past. I guess I will have to dedicate a day to scouting next time and try to resist the temptation to hit the old stand-bys.
Headed there on June 5 for a couple days, hope they are starting to go on bed
Just curious what kind of unit you have? I don't get over there from AR but 5-6 times a year for daytrips so it sometimes takes a while to find them each year, but I truly enjoy trying and really enjoy that lake!
I have a Lowrance HDS and it works great for bluegill beds with the side imaging
Put 71 in the boat yesterday and 67 today.
I'm headed there tomorrow, fishing Tuesday and Wednesday..hope we have the same luck
I have lowerance hds 3d and it is amazing. If it rains tomorrow and I can slip off in going Tuesday and Wednesday until they can get back in field and start tearing equipment up again. We're are you going to be staying? If I get to go I have no problem showing you some hot spots I been catching them in.

Good luck, be safe
Caught 98 today, hope to do better tomorrow
Well just got back from Reel Foot and I told the kids they hired the wrong guide. I simply couldn't find them. We fished hard Wed.,Friday and Sat. but couldn't get anything going. The only good part was they didn't pay much for the lousy guide:yikes

i bluegill fished reelfoot every year until those dang carp got thick. its just turned me off from going down there and Im only 30 minutes from the lake
Yeah I know they suck. I for about taking a shot gun or there and practice every time one jumps out of the water. I hate em. I guess u just gotta over look them and go on. Soon they will be in every water hole I imagine. I havnt had time to go this week. Last week best day was 143 and the slowest was 48. I enjoy bluegill but I love crappie and bass.
