Steve, sorry to say, but I am also canceling. My fishing partner and I have run
into a string of bad luck when it comes to the weather! Just can't see spending
a couple hundred between lodging and travel to sit in a cabin. I've already been
told by the people at Whitetail Crossing cabins that I've lost my deposit. I'm trying
to reach out to someone in charge to see if I can reschedule. Thanx again and

not about fishing it's about meeting and seeing your friends. I've been to Mississippi for 2 times that we caught 2 fish total and enjoyed it as much as catching a limit as I got to visit with all my friends. there will be better weather and more hopefully in the future

I'll be there, camping in a tent, more than likely fishing too. Unless we have lightening. Then I'll be hanging out in camp, might have to cook up some stuffed peppers for lunch if we get rained out. Or maybe Ill make up some dutch oven pizza.
I'm still planning on coming Saturday night.

I would think every fisherman has rain gear, fished in whiteout conditions before, fish don't know its raining. Hope you all have a great time.
I had a great time. Company was awesome. Too bad the rest of you couldn't make it. Block your calendar now. No excuses next year.

Had a great time. Always great camping with a Scoutmaster. You know they are always prepared. We never felt a drop of rain with that shelter Hanr3 camps with! lol
