Was at a strip pit yesterday and the gills are on fire, no redears though.

I'm from Vigo county, used to catch a lot of fish in those pits also the Sullivan county area near Dugger.
Haven't fished there in years, live on the other side of the state now.

Ah ya, that looks like fun!!!! Gills are always a pleasant plus!

Think Iwill start building a ark. From 1 am to 5 am I registered another 3.4 inches of rain in the rain gauge. Ether that, or going to drill a tiny hole in the bottom so as not to show as much. :Rofl And radar shows more coming this evening. Sucks.

Nice, Hardy always did have decent redear.

I got into a decent mess of redear and gills yesterday. Switched to crappie and got a few before heading home. It's not full fledge spawn yet but getting close.
