Stockton 4-18-17

On the water 1:30 PM, fished until 7 PM. Above 245 bridge. Roadrunner jig with twister tail grub. White/white & black/chart. & brown.
7 nice walleye, 4 crappie. Crappie were here & there, not "on the bank". Walleye all came from the same spot. Largest walleye was 23" and thick. Smallest crappie was 10 1/2".
I'm really liking my new Triton 18TX with 115 Merc. 4 stroke.

A great afternoon with my old (age-wise & from back in high school) fishing & hunting buddy Glen, and Dexter the Wonder Wiener.

There were three of us in the boat, me; Glen, a retired deputy sheriff; and a retired MO Highway Patrol trooper. Almost had 3 limits, just ran out of time.
Glen transports prisoners for the sheriff's office, travels a LOT around the US. Not much fishin' time.

That's what I thought was the limit on walleye was 4 fish.
