This will be my first visit t the lake. I'm not seeing any posts on this lake recently. I guess I should be going to the Rez. LOL. anyway, I'm staying at Roy's cabins on the North end. Can anyone give me some tips where to fish? I'll be spiderrigging. I don't know anything about the lake. Thanks.
It's not a big lake so you should be able to figure something out in a jiff. Shallow on both ends deep on both ends. I'd try just outside the trees to start in 3-6' of water. Check the boats they're usually on em over there. It all depends on water temp.

Look shallow, if you like jigging, you may be hitting it right. Talk to Mike at bait and things or Ronnie at big top landing (Cordell's) and they will be able to point you in the right direction. Caught a few in 12 -14 fow Sunday, but heard of some folks doing really good shallower

I forgot to ask, is there any size limit and what is the creel limit on Lake Washington? And where can I get my fishing license?
30 fish per day, with 5 that can be below 11", the rest must be over 11". I believe Roys store can take care of you license, but in advance you can get it online here https://www.mdwfp.com/license/fishing-license.aspx one less thing to worry about in case you get here on a sunday or after they close
It's tournament season so posts on these lakes get a bit slim. They are still catching though. Best of luck to you and let us know how your trip goes.

Just got back from my first trip to Washington on Sunday. Had beautiful weather all 5 days. Males were on a grass line pattern while females are still staged just outside the trees. Had cleaner water than normal " that's what the locals say" so the color of choice was white! Found some 65 degree water where there wasn't any 3 foot white caps and did ok. Lol. Good luck to you
