I've found out that the onix will not be able to display 360,along with other imaging anymore.the software will auto disable si/di while 360 is running
Do you think there will be any more updates for the Onix?
I'd be surprised too.
Yea,but I got bunch color pallettes and vegetation (that I'll never use):Rofl and I can always turn the simulator on an watch how it used to run (work):banghead
My opinion is HB will address the gremlins found in 3.000 ...
But I agree 3.000 is probably the last feature update for ONIX ...

The 3.0 update is really a big one.seams like it's either a 1.2 gig or 1.8 gig.I don't remember. It's takes awhile for it to install.I waited, then I finally just walked away, and came back later.not sure how long it took.
For some reason my unit is displaying 462khz..http://i826.photobucket.com/albums/z...psyuo0ai5l.jpg
I didn't no I still had this video.this is how my Onix used to display 360/si/di.the 3.0 update stopped this vue.it auto disables other imaging while the 360 runs:dono...https://youtu.be/_gbjDhqPDw0
Played around with the simulator mold today..https://youtu.be/TcHAfAj8fSE
I'm sure Kosmo already saw this, but thought I would post it here ..... There is a setting to enable or disable the Auto disable of imaging.

Kinda the best of both worlds .... you can have it do it automatically or not .... Good Job Humminbird.
This is great news.thanks
Made this video, with the unit set in normal mold.not a whole lot to see but most stuff seems to be working.one the widgets down there at the bottom of the home screen seems to have issues. Also,I haven't been able to find the 360 offset function. (Eit her they've moved it or messed up an left it out). All imaging seems to be working, while the 360 is running now,but when I select 455khz,462 appears.I'm not sure about.over all seems to be alright tho... https://youtu.be/Pr2E--JRn20
My ONIX seems way more responsive with 3.000

Yes. I saw some posts on another forum. I don't think it's a real problem. As a beginner, that's low on my list of things to learn.
While I have your attention, would you look at the second pane of the pic with 2 panes? Can you see the white specks on the brush? Is this distortion from the "whiteline" bottom setting that I chose? Thanks.
Thanks for the help ya'll. I've got it now.....https://youtu.be/A8DiyqyCspw
Yes this is what I need.I went fishing sunday, without this feature and really had a hard time keeping my boat positioned.with all that wind blowing,I need to be able to look down and see were the front of my boat is in relation to the structure.I want to keep structure out in front of my boat (in casting range ) without putting markers out.Once again, thanks for the help.this is one the best feature of the 360 for me.If I had a go pro camera. I would make a video, for you to see how well this works.one of the other good feature is to have the 360 mounted on the transom and use the di up front.I don't recommend a bow mount 360 for this.360 needs to be on the transom
