Been a few weeks, water level was super low, temps were in the mid 50's and lots of boats as usual. Better know where your driving lots of shallow flats with stumps out there.
:ThumbsUp
Went yesterday and fought the wind for awhile. Fished the channel sides of the coves and only caught 12, with mostly short fish. Water temp was 56 degrees and water was about 2.5 ft lower than normal pool.
Went Saturday and it was pretty tough for me. Tried fishing the channel, channel edges, and flats and only managed to catch about 8 or 9 short fish.
Sounds like the lake needs some rain. Hope it picks up out there in the next month
Hopefully they'll pick up around April. I took vacation :yikes
That's a lake that I have never put my boat in. I may eventually change that though. I just need better electronics to feel comfortable on new to me bodies of water. With my current equipment I tend to go to the same bodies of water I have previously fished.

Last weekend I talked to a few folks at blue mountain, none had a limit of fish and lots of small fish. But you never know how many they could have in their livewells
