Just a note ... :
Where the bend is has an effect on how wide the wobble is ...

And be sure to use a good swivel ...(my ball bearing swivels are on order) ...

My friend,
I tried your idea but I just could not find a small enough drill bit to do the hook like you did. I did drill a hole for the swivel or a hook snap at the top of the flutter spoon. Then I just soldered on a hook either a #4 or a #6. It should fool a few fish. Thanks for the concept idea.
