My brother and I are heading out tomorrow. I'm a little concerned with the weather changing on us Friday night and Saturday. Asking you pro crappie guys what do you do when a sudden cold snap hits ?

I'm no pro so I can't answer that. But as a novice, I just go on fishing like I don't know any better.
Yup that is my plan

Nice catch. That is sure a pretty speck.

Nice fish, It looks like the change in weather didn't affect Mr. whiskers.
When the cold front hits, my brain tells me to put on some warm clothes to catch them nice crappie. :twocents
Cold fronts are allot like women, when she is HOT she's Hot, When she is cold, she is cold, but always remember she still may bite. The best part of a cold front is the front end, it takes time for it to take effect and you can still catch them on the front end. After that try deeper, SLOWER and change up baits to maybe a smaller offering. All you need to do is dial them back in to any changes they made from a long cold spell. Most times if you were catching fish in an area before a cold front especially this time of year, they will not be far from where and the depth you caught them the last time before the cold front. Good Luck
Looks like tall did good to me!
Nice job adjusting. I just fish through a cold front. I learned that technique trolling for girl friends. [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]
I make the normal adjustments regardless of a cold front or not. It's about finding the pattern every day you go. Presentation, Pattern, Persistence!!!!
