KY Lake 02/20/2017

With it being President's Day today, my daughters were out of school. With the beautiful weather in the forecast, a fishing trip with Dad has been in the works for several days.
5am came early, but they did what was needed to get ready. A hint of breakfast was dropped in and made it a little easier to muster. We got to the ramp by 6:45 am and got the boat launched. Did some scanning, got set up and was fishing by 7:30am. Around 1:30pm we were finished with a double limit, and they were all smiles! We threw back at least a third limit of fish between 10"-10.75". Very proud of both of them as they are becoming excellent outdoors women! One proud Dad! [emoji41] Attachment 259118

Boy what a picture, those girls look like they had a blast. My girls are 2-5 and I can't wait till they start fishing on the regular. They sure do love to ride in the boat with daddy but the attention span is still a little short lol! Good on ya!

Thanks guys. I don't post every trip out on the water, but this one I had a blast cutting up with them, teaching them a thing or two, and watching them rip a few lips!
Still working on the full download of the "bandchaser hook set", but they are getting there!

Two are out of the house already, the oldest being 27 and mother to our 4 yr old grandson. Two still left in the nest, littlemama is hard pressed that they can stay as long as they want. She is a bit attached!
