I think at last count I had someplace in the neighborhood of 40 or 50 colors. I go through a ton of paint with my business and use some more than others. As and example, my last batch of bright green was really nice and light. This new batch is a darker shade and is noticably different. Orange, pink, even pearl will have a slightly different hue depending on when you order it.
So, the hot pink you have today may be a different shade than the hot pink you get next week. It may also be differnet than the hot pink I have or that someone else has. Even if we all purchased it from the same place. If you are looking to get a brighter or different shade than what you have, try mixing a little bit of other colors in it to lighten or darken it. Don't mix up the whole can. I use small little cups for testing like this.
