Going to try this tonight
Did it again for our church home group and it was big success again, plus had some bisque for them as well with too much cayenne as didn't have old bay and it opened your sinuses! But they loved it all and even had enough to give them a bag o filets each when they left and they are going to do this for their families.

This was good stuff. Mixed half Italian bread crumbs and half panko lemon pepper bread crumbs, substitute margarine for butter and yummy. Thanks for sharing the recipe.

Tried this recipe on mahimahi, turned out great!
glad you all enjoyed it and again wasn't my idea but it is just too darn good not to share and much easier cleanup and healthier than frying.
Looks great! Gonna have to try this one.
