March 18th. maybe Bo Wood.
For which drop
Sorry  Shelbyville
Thinking about doing this this year, but all I have now is my 17ft fish&ski. I would like to help out but not sure how much help it would be. Will it be ok with a smaller boat. Don't have the pontoon anymore.
You don't need a boat. They need a lot of people to tie the trees together and to drag them to the water. Also if they have porcupines they need to be glued together.
yeah in the past alot have brought boats that don't even get used. There's plenty so save yourself on that. It's quite an undertaking and requires many people to pull it off. I've been bringing my daughter who is a college student so she can get some 'non-book learnin' fisherman-life-experience. Plus she gets some Q time with her old man:rolleyes:. See ya there.
If I recall, last year it went like clock work and we were done before 11:00.
Hope they have the big barge again, that thing was great
Soo. Is there any confirmation as to date and site yet :dono
Thanks Craig
Looking forward to meeting you old goat. Don't know how much help I'll be with recent surgery but I'll be there
They are going to put in about 30 of the cubes that they made up at Chips Marine also. They look like they should be awesome for attracting crappie and should stay where the put them.

I've seen a couple of videos of the cubes. They look do look awesome and should work for a long time!
Me and a friend are going to come over and help. Hope to meet some of you guys.
since we're all gonna be there, how are we going to know who each other is?:dono
I will have a c.c hat on.
I will have a CC hat on too
Me and a buddy are headed over, he just had back surgery so hopefully there will be some easy stuff he can do. I'll take care of any heavy lifting for him.
I will have a green Lund hat on.
Here are some of the new structures: Attachment 261172Attachment 261173 They should really attract the fish and last a LONG time
Heck of a crowd showed up. Almost to many people. Felt bad towards the end with so many people there it was almost hard to actually help, and didn't like standing around feeling like I should of been doing something.
Yeah same here, we made short work of it and the boats couldn't keep up lol.
Don't feel bad guys, like they said at the meeting, other places sometime it takes days. I do like seeing all the help, it makes it easy on everyone and younger help makes it better on us older folks.
My first for it!! Thought it was interesting
and hope to do it again next year!!
also met some real nice people!!
glad to see big turn out!!
I had a great time today. Lots more people than I thought would be there. It was my first time. Had to friends with me. Will be there next year god willing.

good to meet you too Craig. Did you do any good? I tried it today and nearly got skunked.
Nice meeting you too Heathnspector. I would say I did pretty good for a windy day.
Good to meet you too healthnspector
All,
Just wanted to thank everyone for the great turnout on Saturday. We had approximately 180 people! It sure makes short work of things. With all the different structures that were placed that would have taken days with just Corps staff.
Thanks again,
