I know the weather is bad to be bank fishing but I've done nothing but work and sleep and finally so some free time so I think I'm gonna bundle up and try for a little while.

Give me a shout if you want to fish up here at Neely.
Hope you catch them. The weather waited till Saturday to change for the worst. I wish it would time itself with good weather on the weekends. I guess we can't complain as long as we get to go:)
Them Nasty days is ruff on us! But if you can get 3-4 days of it in a row them fishes likes it.
Thanks cowboy. I'm gonna take you up on it when work slows down
I caught a few but they aren't there yet.
Sounds good just let me know when.
Good luck or I hope you had great luck! :fish
Started before the sun came out.cazghg three when it did. Then boom the switch turned off
A bad day fishing is better than a good day at work.
Don't know if you don't go. It's those trips that you learn a lot from. Glad you got a chance to get out.
Keep after it. It's been an odd year.
Don't know why but it posted this about 5 Friday and it didn't go through till after 8..lol.im gonna try every chance I get.just going while I can before work gets to crazy.
I went to my local lake Saturday morning. A stiff breeze made it fun to keep the boat where I needed it and I lost some hooks as a result.
It started out promising with five fish in the first 30 minutes. I marked a nice school and those came from it. Turned off and the fish moved somewhere. After a while the wind eased up and the sun was bright making for a nice day.
found some fish in shallower water which surprised me. By shallow, I mean ten feet near the bank. Maybe they are staging?? I caught three decent fish between 12-14" in that area - all females. Ended the day with 13 over a 6 hour period but thoroughly enjoyed it.
When the sun comes out and the wind dies down, try the 6-10 ft mark. ;)
