Wow Bob those look great I know fish will eat them up
I learned a secret when I was making coontails. If you want a thread you can't see and that is strong as ever. I use Berkeley fire line crystal 2-6. I noticed that you can see the thread in these if you don't want that on something you might give this a try. Awesome baits too!!
No not at all. They look great. I just wanted to let you in on something I figured out. I use the crystal line as it changed to the color of material you use. Just a little trick for hiding the thread if needed.
I have not made jelly jigs but I do make a lot of coontail jigs that I love. I would love to do what your doing here with the glow green/black coontail!! It would be another awesome bait just as the ones you have here! I got tired of using thread because of it breaking when I didn't need it too!! Great creations you got here. Keep up the good work and I will learn something new everyday!
Here is a coontail jig I build. One of the best things I ever came up with.
Same to you Snake....I normally don't say much I try and listen more but I really had to complement the jelly jigs! My pictures never do my baits justice. I have a gentleman wanting fire opal plastics so this is where my next adventure will be. Thanks for everything!
WOW Bob. You continue yo amaze all of us. Those look fantastic. Congratulations on another job well done. You are the best I have ever known making the soft plastic lures. Thanks again for teaching and helping us all.
