I just got a Rtic 20 couple weeks ago and the lid hinge was a little off and looked like it wouldn't seal good. I poured a little water in it closed it and tiped it upside down and some water was dripping out. Went online to do a exchange, sent them a pic and they sent me return label and had a new one back in less than 2 weeks. Very happy and seems like a great cooler.

I bit the bullet and ordered one. I've used igloo marines forever and I buy a new one every year because a step on the lid so much. I've never paid over 30 bucks for a cooler and said I wouldn't, but a friend of mine has one that has lasted several years and if they can stay together under his ownership they must be pretty good.. we'll see. Thanks for the sale info
