WHAT DO YOU DO WHEN YOU ARE BORED?

I thought I would post this question to everyone on this forum. What do you do when you are bored? :dono Your "Honey Do" list is a mile long. There is so much to do but you have so little desire to do it. You can't go fishing because you have no one to go with and the storms and tornadoes are all around you. The only football game on TV was the East vs West Shriner's game. What is a person to do? I am so bored. Well if you are me then you make your way into the attached garage.

I decided to solder myself some more 1/64th Teardrops and Pinmins. That is what you do when it is raining and stormy then you find yourself wishing instead of fishing. I hope to go Bluegill and Crappie fishing soon. You tip these with Wax Worms or Red Wigglers and hold on. LOL

What do you do?

Well I like to tie something from materials I have bought in the past and have not used yet. I do that a lot. Some things I have had in here for years and have not tied yet. Even some some brushes that I have not tried on a crappie jig yet, but am about to see what that is like, lol! Maybe even tie a jig from some materials left over that most will throw in the trash can!

That of course unless I pull out my camera to take some pictures of birds or squirrels, lol! I have really fell off the deep end with this stuff too!

They work great, I use a nibble on them. You can clean a pond out of bream. Jigging, under a cork or -MY favorite- casting and slow retrieve.

Skip, you'll like using brushes for flies and jigs! Tied up a minnow fly pattern with some sample brush I received from Hairline with this years catalog and couldn't believe how easy it was and how well it looked.

Thanks for showing the pics luremaker! Yes there is not all that much to it, but I want to do some on a regular jig head and maybe even a ;little 1/32 Oz Roadrunner.

I have about a dozen full brushes and just have not done anything with them yet, but need to!

I like that look.

A brush would work well on a ball jig with no collar.

You bet it will! I even am going to do a few 1/32 Oz Roadrunners with these i have.
