You all be safe today with the weather! Especially in LA
That's rite!!!
Looks all clear up my way and its going to be one of the last warm days for few weeks !! I gots to go give it a try anyway !!
Raining hard here
We okay now. Middle Mississippi took a tornado hit. Pray for the people who suffered.
Glad you are clear now. I graduated from Southern Miss long ago. Hattiesburg has had more than its fair share with the tornado in 2013 and now todays early morning twister. Having lived through the Northern Alabama superstorm in 2011, I don't wish tornadoes on anyone.
Attachment 256984 Well at least not skunked today.pulled jigs a couple hours with 1 crappie 3 stripe 4 green carps (lol) water temp was 58-59 very stained fish came from towards the back of a bay in 4 fow.
Very nice. Don't believe anything in my neck of the woods was fishable?
I thought of you spaceman while I was out fishing today ! they r a bunch of lay downs going out to the river in the area I fished today but I disn't go try em because I haven't figured out how to catch em off of em like you can!
Sound great ! Hope all goes well with the sell the buy and the move !

Dont know why my pic loaded sideways....sorry
lol thanks! I posted it because I caught mine about the same as he did. ;)
Nice looking fish!!! Was pretty sure they would show in that shallow water during heat wave. Looks like it's going to get cold again and they'll move back out.
I don't think Cotaco is gonna be fishable for a while. That much rain absolutely ruins the fishing due to the change in water level and them pulling current which causes the water to look like coffee. The clearer the water the better I seem to do out there.
cotaco may be different never fished out that way .and I used to stay home on muddy days until I had the itch last February just had to go! Water looked darker than chocolate milk had 17 that day 2 biggest was 2.58 and a 2.36 Bobby garland baby craw was the favorite .
Cotaco is out of its bank all the way back to hwy 36 it will be a week and a half at least before it gets good and fish able again
It just always seems they are pulling current out that place. I went last Friday and they had dropped the dang bottom out of it.
