I would start by launching under the interstate at Ramah. You can run in the middle between the interstates or ,like me, try the pylons of the bridge. I'm convinced, however, that the weather has all species convinced that it's spring and time to move up shallow. Find those big stands of cypress in 3' of water, start twice your casting distance out, and work your way in til you're bouncing your jig and cork off the tree. If no bites by then, move to the next tree and repeat. Good luck and welcome to the club.
