360 took a dunk , so I took her to eufaula and dropped her off. Took three days to get the call..... She's up and running again for only 59.99. Cost me that much to get it there.

HB customer service has always done me right!! People that really care.
Yep they are great in my opinion. Took my 899 in last week picked it up next day. They change my card slots. Card wouldn't click n and out right. No charge.

I wish I could agree with you guys, but my personal experience with their products and customer service has been horrible to the point I will never ever buy on of their products again, although I'm glad some people have had a positive experience with HB.
