When/how will you be using the sock? Pulling cranks, drifting, ??
Too small.
Go big
I bought 2 48" for my boat and they are not big enough. I will be getting 2 72" before this spring .

Kenja what size boat you got?
First off throw the recommended sizes chart in the garbage and get you a great big drift sock. One 78" would be a good start. You can fine tune your speed with the amount of rope you have out if you have enough sock to begin with. I have a Polar Kraft DeepV and it's not uncommon for me to have two of these out at the same time. That being said, I probably should have picked a better day to fish.:)
Or pull chains.....
Or stay home and tie jigs
:hesaid
I have an tin ranger that's 17'8". The wind pushes it around pretty good. I guess due to the light weight of it.
