Long as the wind is not bad. Can put up with the cold but not wind. I will get the word out to some of the others also.
I'm in if I have the day open. Christmas is coming up fast.
I am in when ever. Even if its after Christmas.
How does January 7 sound weather permitting

Sounds really good to me. I have a good coat and a snoopy pole just like beagle uses.

Jeff you are not the only one going to need a guide. Tink and I have never fished that lake either.

My :twocents with people coming from all directions 3 ramps come to mind. Browns bend, Larry Gale, and Shawnee Bend. My pick would be Shawnee Bend lots of coves and ramp and parking lot are good. Second choice would be Browns bend as long as it is not froze in. But I am only one vote in the lot so others can chime in also. I know I usually fish on the east side but that makes for alot longer drive from the west.
Well I guess its your turn to teach us something Richard since we are invading your stomping grounds eh. Cant wait to learn something.
I only fished the Shawnee bend area. Hopefully this cold front will be over by the time we go.

Talked to a guy a Lews this morning he said he's been putting in at Larry gale and doing really well he also said the colder it gets the better Shawnee bend gets may try and get off next Friday for a road trip

that's when the Let's go fishing show in collinsville is happening, 5-7, gonna have to go hit those fishing seminars as my guy Mr crappie, who looks like a sponsor on here will be and lots of other sponsors.
