I got my limit of 30 yesterday at Okatibbee using jigs. I was using 2 inch Arkie tube jigs with Arkie tube insert heads with the red sickle hooks. I went through a full jar of crappie nibbles. Sorry about the sideways picture. LolAttachment 252219

I fished with Rees Guide that tourney and on Friday we SMOKED EM on a spot he mentioned to me that he knew about from cranking down there. As hard as ScottV tried to help, we got lucky and found our own spot. I know John and Scott will both vouch for that. If we had of caught the fish Saturday that we caught on Friday, everyone would have thought we brought em from Grenada. They were PIGS on Friday. We still managed to win it on our fish, but with the fish we caught the day before, we didn't think we had a chance.
AND, there isn't one person on this site or anywhere else that will truthfully tell you I've fished their spot on a tourney day that I knew they would be fishing. I've been helped with information just like everybody else, and I appreciate that info, but if a person told me they were fishing a spot on tourney day that I hadn't already found myself, they would NEVER see me there. I don't need someone else's spots to do what I do. I can hold my own with ANYONE!!!

I knew I could get ya stirred up! Yall had a great day and I was just poking a little fun at ya. This Okatibbee tourney will be the first mcc tournament I have missed since 2013. We are due to have our 2nd baby boy that day.
Congrats on the baby man, life is changing in some big and great ways for you, them two boys will have you wrapped up!
