No Slabs Today But /Pics
This morning I headed out to a good winter spot. Well its not winter yet and my fish were hiding. I did pick up some nice smallmouth and saw some very pretty sites. It was 29 degrees and frosty at launch time. The ride on the lake was refreshing to say the least. Catching the smallmouth in 40 ft of water was fun.

Very nice. Sounds like a great day. Mid 80's here in Alabama.

I'll take catching smallies over being skunked any day! Nice scenery.

Beautiful pictures as always Bee. Which house on the lake is yours. Catching beautiful smallmouth is better than not catching.

That water is so beautiful

Nothing bad at all about catching fish like that!
I really like the reflective pictures; that next to last one with the really still water is exquisite.

I love fishing on brisk mornings. I'm usually on the water long after others have winterized their boats and long before have pulled em out of storage in the spring. Just because the air temp is 32 degrees doesn't mean the water is that cold too.
