I just want to express my appreciation for the awesome jigging rod guys. Rooting around the shop produced a new in the box masterpiece spinning reel and some 6 pound line. The rod is now rigged and in the boat. Thanks again for all the kind words and positive comments on the skillet tatars, cobblers and the cowboy breakfast. Patty and I look forward to the event every year.

We have a great bunch of guys and girls who do a lot to pull off this event. Here is a hand of applause to all those who cooked, put on the seminars, donated gifts/door prizes and or set up. Finally, it wouldn't be anything without attendance of all and the fellowship each one brings. In a world of negatives, it's good to be apart of something positive. Keep paying it forward!

Yep some was left. Put up in freezer for thanksgiving meal. Anytime you want one Tom, just hollar and I'll fix one for ya. Just pm me directions to your homestead. I know it's close to Britton ford I think. Heck, get a few together I'll fix a small skillet of tatars to go with it.

This was the most informative and well organized crappie.com get together I've ever attended. We had a blast learning about Dutch oven cooking. It was nice to visit with some old friends and meet several new ones. Thank you to crp4570 for the lessons and conversation. Thank you also to MR Dux for the tips on long lining.
Kentucky folks are the best. Laura and I had a great time

We had 60 last year and 63 this year! Several from Friday night meet and greet couldn't make it for Saturday!

Events like the Shindig prove how much of a family crappie.com truly is! Marshall County is going to have to build us a bigger event center because this will be growing each and every year!
To everyone that donated your time, talents, prizes, food, drinks, supplies and your equipment, a huge thank you!
The generosity of all for the community and the Rescue Team. I know and understand a little what these men and women do, as I volunteered 3 weeks of time 7 years ago when we lost 3 young lives in the cold winter waters on KY Lake. They do it with a servants heart, and they deserve every dollar that can be raised.
Again, great job to the committee! Job well done!

I enjoyed this years as much as last. I picked up a few more tips. I would drive 3 hours anytime to eat crp4570's cooking. I even got there early enough to try the cowboy breakfast. I hope to make this an annual event for me.

I want to thank everyone whom helped cook. ifish, dkb23,callen and MRDUX. And the others who helped set up and keep thing moving.
Had a great time. Can't wait until next year.
I am gonna see if Grizz will put me on the fish next year.

Thanks to all of yall who help organize the get together. We had a great time and enjoyed the food. It was nice to be able to put some faces with the names. We didn't get to fish Friday but maybe next year.
