LOZ 10/14
Went to docks around noon. Nice breeze coming out of north/northeast. Fish were deeper today, about 15-20 ft down. Still casting and retrieving Slab buster with niblet. Fish turned off around 2 pm so I cleaned a nice mess. Should be a good weekend for getting out and wetting a line. Speaking of line...do any of you use the line shown below? First time I've tried it and it seems to be constantly breaking when I'm pulling fish out. Never had line break as much as this stuff does. Oh well...Everyone be safe and have a great weekend [emoji631][emoji631][emoji631]Attachment 249903Attachment 249904Attachment 249905

Looks like your still on them. Thanks for the report and pictures.

Odd that's the best mono I've ever used for crappie fishing

Thanks for the update. Used it on rigging rods no problem with breaking. Lots of line twist on my spinning rod.

All I know is that it just snaps and breaks way too often to suit me[emoji848]

I've never used it, so can't say. However, I tried another brand that was highly touted on here as being a great hi-vis mono and had the same thing happen...line would break REALLY easy. I could pull two feet of brand new line off the spool and just break it like nothing. Over and over again. Ended up throwing it out. Switched to another brand and it was amazing. Much better. Someone told me that it could just be a "bad batch"...you got a spool that wasn't up to snuff. That may be, but...I guess that's just too bad for them, cuz...bad batch or not, I'm not buying it again.
