What's that do?????

I ain't real sure he didn't take much of a pic or explain much. But It looks similar to a plate I have on my motor that allows me to get on plane quick in shallow water. My plate is right above the prop and works really well

Wish I knew how much difference it makes. Considered putting one on my 40 Yamaha, but haven't yet.

Gets on plane fast and allows more trim and can run with engine higher. Jeremy is right. I've had them on other boats. Bobs Machine Shop makes them

With those skegs coming from the bottom will it reduce prop steer?
