we gotta get you some T-bars on that bad boy!!
They say the happiest day of your life is when you get a new boat. I'd say that he looks pretty happy! I know I would be. Sure is a pretty boat, both in the pic and in person.
Seeing that brings a funny thing to mind. When we came in from dropping brush last Sat. Morning, there were a couple of guys in a pro crappie. I said, "hey, are y'all the guys that know TJ?" They said naw. The boat looked just like the one in the pic, nice and shiney and new. When the guy dropped off the other guy to back the truck down, he got up on some rocks with the motor. He bent that prop up pretty dang bad. Sure was funny, wasn't it slipcork? lol
I think that was me in the PC175. I was at the Little Maumelle with a friend (the guy driving the truck). I'm glad someone found some humor in that. Fortunately I didn't tear it up very bad at all, mainly just took the black paint off the edges and only put a few small dings in it.
I was loading my boat up over at bayou meto the last day of duck season and screwed my prop up quite a bit. My boat and motor is over a year old without a scratch and all at once, DA*$(it!!!
Hey I saw you guys. I was the guy in the land cruiser. Man thats one sweet rig you got. Bet your chomping at the bit to wear that boat out this spring. Guess I was to busy getting straped down to see when you initiated her. Glad it turned out ok. Guess its kinda like getting a truck and scratchin the bed. She just aint a truck till she's got a scar.
Glad to have you see you out there. If you see us again stop by and see us.Quote:

Hey bobberwatcher...if your going to screw up a prop, loading out on the last day of the season is the time to do it. I broke a blade off of mine (way back in the woods no less) the Friday before season ended and had to scramble to replace it to finish out the season.
Very nice. I'm sure you will have many years worth of fun in her.
I looked at one of those In BP shop in Springfeild last December. It sure was hard to leave it there. Those are nice.

My PC175 is a 2002 so I have had it for 5 years now. It is a great boat and I am sure ready to use it this spring. Unfortunately I'm in college now so I only get to go on weekends when I'm home in LR. However during my spring break I am planning on fishing everyday.
Sorry, Rzrback. I didn't mean to poke fun at your expense. I'm glad that it didn't do much damage. I would have shed a tear if it has been me. I can't believe that boat is a '02, it looked brand new.
Glad you signed-up. There's some good fishing in the Little Maumelle River at times. Hopefully you can meet up with us sometime and I'll show you some honey holes.
Did any of you do any good Saturday at the Little Maumelle? Me and my friend hit the water around 7am and fished until y'all saw us and we didn't catch a single one.
Razorback we were on a condo sinking venture in preperation for the nightstalk this Saturday. We freshened up a few of our holes and created some new ones as well so we didnt wet a hook on that trip. Unfortunately it was somewhat of a wasted effort as we are now moving the stalk to Conway. Keep checking the Arkansas board as we plan to have another stalk in March back on the Little Maumelle. We will be marking some of our holes so you need to come and join us.
Also you might need to think about changing your sign on name from Razorback. If there luck follows you to the water your for sure going to loose the big ones.
Take care and again glad to have you on board.Quote:
