Is there any were for tent camping, and fishing around Lake Washington?
Maybe at the state park, something Percy.
Leroy Percy if not mistaken
Leroy Percy looked to be a good ways from Washington, do you have any idea about how far?....:scratchhead
No more than 15 miles, don't think its that far if I am thinking about the right park. It's NE of Washington.
Here ya go Gary........Leroy Percy
Thanks guys....:fish
Lee is a good lake too, kinda puts you between em.
Them skeeters will jerk up your tent stakes . lol :biggrin
They put up tents in Paul Love state park at the dam on the south end. In small park next to west side of dam
Feel free to use the corn field. I could use the free fertilizer
I have seen tents at roy's! !
Those cabins on the lake are very reasonably priced and have AC. Be almost as cheap to stay in a cabin ON the lake than to tent camp. Unless your just wanting the experience of sleeping while sweating and squiters carryin ya off. I enjoy that myself sometimes and choose that route. But if ya gonna b fishing in that heat all day some ac at some point sho wud b nice! Have a great time buddy!!!
What he said.
Cabins at $50-$60 with ac versus rv spot at $25.....no contest for this gewber. But if you love camping go for it!
Yep
I'm not to concerned about the mo'skeeter's, I'll be more worried about a gator dragging me out of the tent, and munching on me....:hatchet:
I don't think a skeeter could bite a gator
Way more skeeter s that gators I promise! !!!! I will take my chances with the gators! !!
