I would say a double echo off of whatever those big squares on the bottom are. Maybe something to attach a mooring line to?
AS SAID ,THE GREEN IS GIVING DOUBLE BOTTOM ON BOTH AND ON BLUE SOFTER BOTTOM GIVE DOUBLE BOTTOM ONLY ON 2D,BARELY SEE IT ON DI
RICKIE,LOOK AT DI VS SI,ON FIRST OBJECT YOU PASS OVER ON SI IT IS LOWEST,ON DI IT IS HIGHEST,SECOND ITEM ON SI IT IS HIGHEST AND ON DI IT IS LOWEST AND IS BARELY SEEN,ON LAST ITEM A STRONG PIC ON SI AND DI WHICH TELLS ME FIRST AND THIRD ITEM ARE NEARER UNDER BOAT WHICH SI PROVES TO BE SO,HOW DO YOU SEE IT?
I will give it a shot and say nothing.
Very good guys ...
These are anchoring slabs around Ky Dam Marina ...they make good scanning images ...

I did notice the large school but had no idea what they were! Glad you identified them for us .
RICKIE,I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO DRAW CIRCLES AROUND THOSE SLABS BUT I THINK IT WOULD BE INFORMATIVE TO CIRCLE EACH ON SI AND THEN SHOW WHICH ONE IT IS ON DI FOR THE PEOPLE,SOME WILL BE SURPRISE
That is too funny, I sat down and this thread was up and I was scrolling down to ask you whether those were fish off to the right because I couldn't see any shadows.
That last shot looks kinda scary, I would hate to be whatever those things eat when that cloud rolls through. Is there anything fun that eats them that wouldn't do more damage than they do? Maybe muskies like carp...
That's why I don't answer your questions that much. I aint that sharp. I still don't see it ; well kind of... I thought it was a trick question.
Great shots of the school. Thanks RICKIE
The items in blue are the double echo of the barren bottom ...where the initial sound pulse reflected off the bottom, then reflected off the water's surface, then made a 2nd trip to the bottom, then back to the xducer ...
This is why the double echo is always twice the depth = the sound pulse made 2 trips to the bottom ...
