Get Charlie Brewer to send you some black and blue slider worms and put them on a few of your jigheads when longlining and you will catch a pile of em. And right now in heat of summer is best time to do it.
Ain't no meat on green carp. My mom insisted we keep one once and I was surprized. Seems like a 2 lb crappie has more meat than a bass twice that size. Rather have crappie any day of the week.Quote:

I likes bass For eating. Nothing in sweetwater beats crappie. Maybe one or two in saltwater do...maybe.
