good luck, I can't do those week night trips too old I guess
We used to catch them good on the full moon.
Good luck and stay safe out there.
Since your going, that now means you do fish the full moon.
Good luck! For years I wouldn't fish the full moon because I didn't catch as many but last couple years have been better so there is only one way to find out!
I always thought the bream bedded on the full moon each month in spring/summer. Now I think they bed whenever papa can talk mama into it.
Good Luck Cutbait! Give us a report.
I know you don't sleep much cutbait, where's the report?:biggrin
Had to be a good night!:highfive
Wow boy's and girls.... We cought a lot of fish last night maybe around 100 crappie but only had about 20 keepers they were around 13 inches but all the rest were around 8 inches the fish was cought in 22ft of water

Way to cutbait.
Congrats.:highfive
Good catch. I have fished a full moon and had good luck and other nights not so good. About like anytime you go so I would say fish when you can and not to let the moon phase stop you.
Good you had a great night cutbait. You did good! Mind if I ask what color was preferred? Thanks for the report. I'm on the evening shift now and may get out after work one night. I hope to go Saturday night if work is not to bad and its not raining. :dono
BigDawgg I was using black and pearl with a 16th oz jighead
I was anchored in deep the fish were biting at or around 22 ft

Thanks, I had a blue with sparkles on last time out and swapped back to the pearl. I need to get some of your newest jigs and updated colors. Hope to see you soon!:highfive
Nice report. All those 8 inch wonder if last year's spawn must have been a good one. Not sure how fast crappie grow in Wylie.
Good job! Thanks for the report
It takes about 2 years for fish to reach 8 inches from what I've seen
