Crank of Many Colors

Had the secret color today that out fished all others by 5 to 1. Course I only had one of them. Caught them all pushing cranks in 10 ft of water, fish were 5 feet or less.Attachment 241972

That happened to me and my son on Nimrod a few years ago. We took turns catching fish. I own 5 of those lures now and they don't catch fish anymore. DP

I take it you are pushin them off of a spider rig in the front of the boat ?

Correct, hi tek holders run 2 or 3 off each rack for a total of 4 or 6 total

Nimrod I'm old school to but had a lot of luck on pink and crawdad pulling them but I've got to try this. There's a whole lot more fellas on here that know a lot more than I do about this.

Just asking I only jig fish my self . Bet purple/ chartruse would work on crank baits too .:biggrin
