Saw it this morning at Lowes. This Carencro fella builds them himself for fun. This is a wooden boat so has natural buoyancy, 10' long, 4' bottom. Brand new electric start, four stroke Honda, turns 3800 rpm. Seats two people. Weighs 150 pounds total. First thing I asked was it top heavy - no. He had a video of himself and his wife standing up in it rocking back and forth as hard as they could (he's 280 pounds). Also in the video, he's running in 1" of water, and on the ground with wet grass. He wants what he put into it, $2,000. Only because he likes building them:

He says he mounts a trolling motor in front and fishes out of them. He has a 8' one seat he is keeping for himself. That right there is slick as can be. Wish I hadn't had seen that.
