Worked today. Have babies in one chicken house so it's atleast 90* in there. After work I walked about 4 miles for exercise. It hasnt gotten too hot for me....yet. Showered, and having a "toddy" now.:)
Just got home from a long day of sitting with my mom at the rehab center. She's doing better but still has a long way to go.
I envy a stroke on no one ever!!!
Guys
I just tried and bottled home made Apple Cherry cider/ wine
It was in the secondary for a year or more.
Tastes like sherry
10.5% ABV
very surprised it's good

In the process of getting the pontoon ready for a nightstalk hopefully next week. Seats are ready, rod holders in place, anchors ready, lights in place and batteries charged. Just need time and someone to take the time to go test the Bigdawgg floating barge. It's to hot to work and night fishing is the only thing I like to do when it's this hot. :highfive
Well since you ask, I'm sitting in a nice cool house watching the race.
Brett glad you didn't pull that tree down on yourself!
Bigdawgg, I was thinking about fishing Saturday nite
I was on call all this past week and it's supposed to rain starting Tuesday. I was planning to take her out Monday after work for a few hours just to start shaking down the systems and figure out deck setup. Right now my deck is foul with gear all over.
If my bride is up for it and the weather is good i might talk her into going out Friday afternoon into the evening. I'm just not sure it's a good idea for a new boat owner to be on the water at night until I've got a bit more experience.
Jer
Taking a nap.
