Good read....thats some bright Yellow
Wow! Thanks for sharing the great article and pictures.
Nice read, fish and story .
This is a good one.
good picks
I had such a great time fishing with Scott. He's such a focused fisherman that while spider rigging, he's concentrating on his lines so much he does not even notice other boats that go by. So if you're ever in a boat near Scott while he's fishing, and wave at him, if he don't wave back, he's in the zone.
nice read
Nice read! It's always a pleasure to read or listen to what the pros are doing to increase
their catch rates! Thank you "SLAB" for taking the time to create a forum for news and
stories just like this, that help newbies like myself to learn something new. Dave
Used to be stationed down there... Some great fishing for sure!
Love the Johnson colors!
Being fairly "new" in Florida, I was wondering why there were no white Crappie here.
Thanks for the story, lots of good info.
I don't know why there are absolutely none here, seems some lakes here ought to be able to hold them. But White Crappie are more open water fish, they don't take well to shallow water lakes (and warm water) which all our FL lakes pretty much are/have. That also explains why White Crappie are harder to keep alive in a live well.
Great article and Pics!
Thanks for the kind words Ed!
Great article!
I didn't know there are no Whites in Florida. Interesting. I also didn't realize it was a problem keeping fish alive in Southern States. We don't have that problem up here. Would explain the recent threads on "How to keep fish alive". Good info., and fuel for thought when I start traveling south for Crappie.
Love the article. Very informative.
