Coolerfull can guess the fish's weight to the 1/100th just based off of a picture!!!! Maybe he will chime in here!
Just for looking at the picture I would say 2 to 2 1/2 . Nice fish no matter what congratulations.

Hard to judge without good photo with something of known size in photo .
Try keeping the fish a bit closer to your body next time. Extending the arms out toward the camera makes it very difficult to judge. Regardless, that's a really pig! Congrats! :)

black crappie tend to weigh in heavier per inch of length compared to white crappie . I would venture a guess at 2 plus maybe ? a nice fish no matter what it weighed for sure . And in the end weights only matter in competitive or record setting endeavors anyway my friend :ThumbsUp
Not sure of the weight but he looks like a good one.
Printed the pic and put if on our mail scale. Didnt register.
