Really!!

Well last weekend broke my so called Unbreakable minn Kota shaft. Guess stuff happens. So this afternoon launched my boat at devil fork and was gone for about two hours. Came back wife back boat trailer in started to load my and notice something didn't look right. Someone took my dang bow roller. I was there when I unhook and gone when I wenthttp://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/2016...07950c1326.jpg to load. Can't believe that some one would take it but there was no part of it left. Also my spare is right under it. If it broke it should have fell there. Wrap a towel around where it should have been and tied it on to get boat home with scaring my boat. All can that a low blow stealing a mans roller at the boat launch!! [emoji35]

Bummer. Sorry buddy. A thief takes more than physical items. He takes ones sense of security and peace. That's why I really hate a thief.

That was dirty! I think more and more people see nothing wrong with stealing except for getting caught. GTT

pitiful. sorry for your loss. Hope he or she dropped it on his/her foot and broke all five toes.

Hunter71, I see you're from Pleasant Plains, if you're coming to Batesville and if you haven't replaced it yet and don't mind having a used one then I've got one I'll give you that I took off of a another boat trailer that I used to have. Sorry for your loss. It's no comfort to you but one of my friends went bow fishing one night on the Black River not too long ago and when they got back to the truck someone had stolen their boat trailer. The police found it a couple of days later cut up at a scrap yard.

I've heard the stories about people being relieved of trailer items while parked at the ramp never expected it to be a bow roller though. Winch straps and spares mostly. Sorry for your loss.

Man that's what I was trying to tell myself but what's the chances of all of it falling off .It's three rollers a bolt and a lock nut and probably some washers. And the spare tire was right under it and nothing fell in it. I even walking parking lot trying just a piece of it. Nothing there.

Thank man sure appreciate the offer and I wouldn't mind using a use one at all but I already Amazon primed one them fancy clear lookin non maring ones last night and it will be here Thursday, really like Amazon lol. Yeah I hear ya about boat trailer. But heck of it is some body when to all that work to cut it up to get $50 in scrap. Plus taking the chance of get shot while taking it!! Just don't get some people any more[emoji20]

I came in from fishing one day on Lake Conway only to find one of my trailer tires fit good on somebody else's trailer as a spare. Had to unhook go buy another rim and tire. I had a brief melt down.

Yep early 90's, Pierce creek access as I walked up to my trailer and noticed a distinct leaning to the right, I said dang I got a flat. As I got closer imagine my surprise to find my whole tire and rim gone...They did however leave my lug nuts laying besides the axle. Guess even some thief's have some scruples. I had the feeling they were trying to tell me they only steal out of a necessity and "HEY we could have taken both tires and at least we left your lug nuts LOL

Some people. I have a couple extra also and was going to offer you one. I hate a thief. Good story CrappiePro. At least the meltdown was short.

I'm sorry but that made me laugh every I thought about this. Sure it wasn't funny at the time. He left your nuts. Lol. By the way I was at pierce creek when I crashed my trolling motor.

A few weeks back someone stole both side light lens and bulbs off my trailer.

After the fact it is pretty funny. I remember coupla years ago a member on here, his Dad had his truck stolen from Greenes Lake landing while out fishing.

Someone ganked the lock off my spare tire at the sleepy hollow access last spring but didnt get the tire. Figured that was my grievance for purposely trying to catch spawning slimers.
