Never stayed there but I have been there a few time. My wife knows the owners of the place. It is nice and clean you should have to worries there!
Thanks Erin, that helps alleviate my concerns, at least someone knows something about the place.

Do they allow pets? I don't think that they do at the state parks. Need to find this out for my fishing partner....

Don't know, but I will find out next week for return visits with my wife and our dogs. She is staying home next week since she has to work and I am leaving the dogs with her.

Man what a TRAIN!!!
I know they allow dogs at some state parks. I camped at cossar and the was one that barked every second the entire time. And the owners just sitting beside it like they dont even hear it. Bout drove me crazy hahahaha!
Yes, Frog Hollow allows pets, however no aggressive species like pit bulls, Rottweilers, German Shepards, or Doberman. Their words not mine. I asked my brace of Great Danes and they were fine with them, they used to have a Dane.

Frog Hollow was a nice camp ground, not a lot of stuff for kids to do if you wanted to take kids, but the have 30 & 50 amp electric hookup, water and sewer. No cable, but do have wifi via AT&T wireless that they have, kinda slow but it allows you some kind of access to Internet, etc. Place was clean, well maintained, and folks were friendly. Plenty of room and open sites. Cost us about $30 a night all in. They have Laundry and showers available.

Did ya do very good with the ole paper-mouth's?!
Well considering the wind we fought all three days, we did ok. Brought home 30 keepers, 2 just over 16", 4 just over 12", and the rest over 13". Tried long lining, but didnt hold our mouths right, had best luck pushing jigs. Saw a few folks long lining and pulling cranks. only saw one guy long lining catch anything and it was undersize. Watched a guy pulling cranks off and on four about four hours and never say him catch anything.
