Probably no better, but I use cheap pistol cases. They hold quite a few jigs and are super cheap. The ones with the foam inserts, I just flip them over so the flat side is up instead of the dimpled side, then take one side out so it doesn't smash the jigs.
I bought some photo storage boxes that have a lot of small boxes inside it. I posted about it several years back so let me see if I can find it.

Okay found it. I also posted below the original post where I hot glued some white foam inside to stick the hooks in.
I should add that I do not carry this entire box out, I take up to 10 of the small boxes in a tackle bag.

Thanks skip, I'll check that out
Checked it out. That is just great. Heading over to Hobby Lobby after work to get me one.
Well they are 35.00 dollars. But I bought one. Very nice I think they will work out very well
I leave the main box at home and take what size and colors I want in the tackle bag. I can probably put 10 or 12 little boxes in my bag, but if I do t want that many I can get by with a handful if I am going with someone and don't want much stuff to take. One little box will hold a good many on a double row.
Also make sure to place the small boxes in side the large one so that the jigs are not hanging upside down and then it weight always pulling down on it. Just plan ahead before you glue in the foam.

Small plastic bait boxes from wallyworld,I don’t glue foam in,I cut it a tad big and squeeze it in each compartment.I find it easier to select or pin the jigs to the foam if it’s not down in the small compartments.
It doesn't show the glue, but it's just hot glue and we put like 5 or 6 spots of glue and stuck it down. Just but the foam into pieces that fit your box.

Thanks Skip. Did you just push hook into foam or cut slits? I think I can get all the foam I need from work. So it will be free.
Here’s the same boxes skip uses, I put 1/4” craft foam in the bottom and cut slits with an x-acto knife, I’m happy with the way it turned outAttachment 348931Attachment 348932

I thought the black/chartreuse in the lower right corner looked like mine...lol.
I was at my local Walmart and found this in the craft section...Attachment 349157 Smaller boxes are colored plastic, and 4"x6". Didn't find any foam between the 1mm thick craft foam, and the 2" pillow foam though. Price was $12.99. Need to check Hobby Lobby for foam...
I didn't realize Walmart sold them. Quick search online shows they have the clear. Guess I should have figured they did since they have everything...lol. Might be getting one for storage around the house but I like using the plano boxes so it fits my tackle bag.
I didn't do a search for it at Wal-Mart...and my store only had the colored smaller boxes. But to me it wouldn't matter, just want all my jigs together.
I use a plano 3607 which is one open area. I purchase foam from the artificial flower area which is better foam and cut a little larger than the opening (I think 10 x 8) and force the foam in tight. I think the foam is 1/2 inch thick, but; not sure. I get about 50 jigs to a box, but; never counted them. Pop
