Windy Day Slab's
Got on the water lake "N" around 8ish little breezy out of the north 9-10 north wind turned into gusty 25-30 out of the north. We fished several brush piles no "luck" fished a large tree off the bluff bank extended out over 20 ft of water fish were just off the tip's of the branch's if you hit the spot with the 25-30 wind gust you got bit.Caught 20 kept enough to eat turned several females back to spawn. Thanks DAD for taking me fishing. Smallest was alittle over 11 in the biggest was 17 in and thick.Crappie has to be 10 in long to keep, the limit is 15 each.Very hard deep clear lakes to crappie fish no trees or coverAttachment 232965Attachment 232966Attachment 232967 Tried several brand's of baby shad they crappie wanted "Arkie sexy tail shad" black/chart,pearl/chart" "Keep want you can use release the rest to make more crappie" Have fished the Mississippi crappie lakes, texas lakes and they are Big Crappie in these lakes. But the thickest crappie "may not can tell by the pic's" come out of White River lakes" Table Rock,Bull Shoals,Norfork lakes".

dadgum son...I'm about as impressed by the fact you decided to fight that North wind as the fish you caught. Both impressive. I've stepped outside a couple times trying to convince myself to get out for a while.
