Got three bales of alfalfa hay left already in chicken wire. A few trees and we are gonna cut some tops on a island . We will bait a few good ole holes and start some new ones.

That should hold a few buddy.
Scouting and building beds were the ticket. Bite was slow
We baited three holes and marked tons of fish
What do you bait with? Dog food?
Alfalfa hay and limbs
Looking Good!
Awesome!
Talked to one of my bird Dawgs this AM . Structures we dropped are already holding fish......
I've only had that happen a few times, but it's great when you see positive results of your work that quick!
Never baited before. Give me a run down on how to do it?
Yep it should only take an hour or two if they were already in the area before they load up on that pile! That'll be fun.
Gotta place structure to hold the bait fish. We like to hit ridges. That run 40 ft up to ten. I big pile is better than fifty little ones. Place some in Thierry then twenty then ten. That way the fish can stage according to time of year. Alfalfa hay wrapped in chicken wire will bring bait fish. Crappie follow the baitfish.
Gonna try my new structures today.
Thanks, man, will give it a try and let you know how it goes.
