Our lakes have been hit hard this year with flooding rains that wash a ton of debris into our water ways. Be careful and keep your eyes opened for floating logs or other debris.

Also a reminder to wear your life jacket when running down the lake, particularly with the junk in the water now. I am very guilty of not always doing that. I also saw where two bass guys ran into each other head-on when they both swerved in the same direction and one of those got killed. Very easy to get complacent out on the water.

Happens every year. I hate reading about it though. Prayers to the families.
I have heard that they weren't good swimmers and with the colder water it even made them even worse swimmers. Prayer sent!
That's a bad deal, I hope they were spiritually saved. It serves as a reminder that any breath could be our last. We should all be ready to go at any time.
