Just got word from my niece thst my mom has had a pretty good stroke. My step dad is pretty scattered so had my niece let me and Melissa know. About all i know know is she has a pretty good blood clot and is unable to speak at the moment. They all live is Massachusetts so we can't be there. If ya'll can pray for her that would be great and from what I've seen the c.com family does great work:)

Thanks all. Was able to find out immediately upon her having symptoms she called 911 and was at the hospital within about 30 minutes and had been given the clot dissolving medication which is good.
Really sorry to hear that Mike, will be lifting prayers for her and you.

Thanks all and as usual it helps. She was able to get the treatment quick enough and will be home today or Monday. The only therapy she will need is speech. All of her motor functions are normal!!
