Prayers for my Little Wife

Been at the hospital since midnight with my wife Jo Ann. This nasty stomach bug that is going around completely leveled her. She was very weak, dehydrated, vomiting, the whole 9 yards. It took about 7 hours and a cat scan to find out that her colon is inflamed and infection and bacteria are from the virus.
She was admitted mid morning, and by now finally she is settled down and sleeping. They have the iv fluids and antibiotics going so its a waiting game now.
My other concern is that I'm not feeling too peppy right now. I don't need this, worrying over her and the kids.

I just saw this, but I am glad to hear all is looking up for you brother. May God continue to bless you and answer your prayers.

Doctor came in at noon, evaluated Jo Ann, talked to her and asked some questions.
So, he is writing up her discharge paperwork. Taking her home this afternoon!!!!

Momma is feeling better and we are taking it one day at a time. She had some actual food Sunday afternoon, and she did good with no problems. Her strength needs to get better, and staying hydrated.
At 140lbs, this took her little body for a wide ride. Gonna take some days to get back up to snuff.
Thanks again for the thoughts, prayers, and words of encouragement.
Of course, her top priority was about the girls. It was youth waterfowl weekend, and they missed Saturday. But insisted on them going Sunday. Another thread of that great day afield coming......
